Look in the General Section "Pre-DOWNLOAD the MODS = Get your TT Update" by Reagent X
On the pge your will find 2 packs - the original and the one since 05-06
Download and install both
This will help tremendously with access time
If you also have the XPACK by Napalm you get right in - if not
Then there might be a short wait for objects - trees - rocks - etc

You step out of line with any Admins and you will be delt with.

If by chance you step out of line in a ACA server,
then you can bet it effects them all,
unless they decide other wise.

Bottom Line :
Act like a idiot and you will be gone.
Come in a server and act and play like the rest of us Vets and you will have no problems.
I don't think that is to much to ask from any of you.
