It's really easy to make that MOD.
1. Go to google image search, type in Moon, Nasa, Earth. Save the images.
2.Put them into game/data/skies and make a DML file. Change the pref for the sky in the MIS to your DML.
3.Fire up TGE make a new terrain, alter the height on some places and flatten it on top, and paint it in MonkeeMan's city terrain (What corrision did.)
4. Make the rest of the terrain really random, use the shapes in game/data/shapes/common (with mission edito creator)
and place them randomly, and make a sucky terrain, which he did.

5. Voila! You have the noob mod of your dreams!
