OK, I was talking with Banshee the other day. I asked if he knew a strategy for getting 500000 points in solo mode to unlock the UFO. He said that he heard a rumor that if you used only the left and down arrows (or a and s) throughout the first eight levels (Lush and Spooky) you will get a skill bonus and get 15 lives and 175000 points. Is this true? I really want to get the UFO. If not, could you plz post some strategies here?

Actually download a program called Kazaa and from that download a movie called "How to earn a TT ufo." It has a secret code that gives you one by completing the first level. I can't post in on the forums.

A perfect strategy that works against all bots is going over the edge slowly. You'll land on the cliff and you can shoot them as they go down. Just make sure the cliff is very sharp or else they'll just slow down and kill you. Try it. It's always worked with me.

Oh, and anyway, the Baby Boss doesn't have many hit points; around 5 shots and a crater appears where it was... The best thing about it is its rapid fire and speed. And, whenever it goes on a boost pad, it goes much faster than a light does on one.

P.S. Boss UFOs must be killed with bullets, not falls... (sadly ;) )

If you complete the first 3 levels in under 300 seconds, your tank will go faster and your armour is greatly improved (for all tanks). Area effects are bright red, health powerups hop around and look like beer bottles, and you should see a swarm of flying pigs.

This thread still kicking? Wonder if CodeMaster is still around. I shouldn't have told him that, sorry CM. Technically, though, there was some truth to that rumor. If he managed to take out 8 levels doing circles in reverse there may have been no skill bonus, but he sure would've been hell on wheels when he started going forward again...
