The fact that having 3 leaders seems not to work out that well
Saint Jimmy, Monica, Suri, Jacob and I could have sold you that! Look what happened to XTL! :P
I must say, honestly, I know what you feel like. Running somthing with other leaders ('specially the ones NOT in your time zone) can be tough. Good luck being solo. It is kinda like a weight lifted off your shoulders. :)

Tis indeed sad to see you go Scytheman, for I understand you had trouble with the times. I had thought that it would be possible if we had seperate times for the Euros and U.S for practice, that things would work, but seems it will not. This is very misfortunate indeed. All shall miss you! You were quite an inspirational leader

Today (the 18th december 2006), 2 years after I founded ST - Scythemans Team, I am leaving the clan I created with many friends of mine.
Why on the 18th, well this day is kinda special. 2 years ago I founded the original ST (Scythemans Team) one of the 2 merged clans that formed Fi (Formidonis Iunctus). I have been waiting for a few weeks to announce that I retire from Fi, I have been thinking of it since at least earlie november. Now the time has come and I will not wait any longer, 2 years were enough on one place.
Why don't I want to be in anylonger? Well this is kinda a Fi private matter, well at least most of them. One which does not have to be secret is the fact that having 3 leaders seems not to work out that well. I cannot make the times Ancient One can make, therefor one leader had to step down. Looking at the merged clans ST had 2 members who are now leaders so I thought it was better to take 1 ST out of the leader position. I have been thinking of leaving quite a few times, and therefor I go.
I am worthless to Fi, I cannot go to practises cause I cannot make the times. And I can't play wars if I can't train with the team. However I am a (former) leader of Fi I had no input at all on the times. They were set by one guy alone, maybe he asked others but neglecting mine. Anyway, that makes me worthless for Fi and makes it easier to move on. However I might have enough skill to play on the team without training with it, I always said that only those who come to practises can play in the wars and I will not consider myself in the warteam if I do not make practises.

There is not much that I can say, except for 'Im sorry!' and 'I hope all works out good!'. I hope you guys don't think less of me now I have left Fi. It was a very pleasant time being in it, but it became less and less and therefor I see only one solution. I am offering Fi an opportunity to grow faster cause meetings can be easier sheduled now. I might join another clan, cause I feel that I need to be part of another team, and I cannot go into leagues because of the times. I might go alone for a while, and take a decision later on. If I join another armie I will refuse to fight against Fi in any case except for practise wars. I hope we can still be friends, if not.. Too bad :(

Feel free to email me one invitation if you are interested in having me in your ranks. I have my favourite armies ofcours but I will not tell which these are. I will decide wether I go alone for a while or come to another/your clan next monday (25th december, christmas). In this week, I will consider all invitations and dig dig dig in the armies thread. There is only 1 requirement for emailing me an invitation:
