To answer your question 900, the "Great Ones" are leaving because lately there has been an influx of newbies who don't know the difference between scrum and battlemode. They are leaving because of all the idiots who get mad and start calling people names. They are leaving because the quality of players seems to have taken a nose dive. I have only been playing TT since December and I have noticed the difference. On the few occasions I have been priveledged enough to find a game between players like Paisano, The Professer, Lonewolf, Memphis, Tally Ho, Mess, etc., it has been a completely different game. An enjoyable game. There is no bm'ing, cussing, name-calling, or diving.
Demos and newbies, please take some advise and start learning from these guys. You will eventually become a great player and be respected by the new generation of players who come after you.
Ok I'm sherm on this one! When I get my full game (next weekend) I will BAN anybody that is cussing, name-calling, and don't correctly play the game type! So that will be a safe haven for you guys!

Just relax, there will always be turnover form those who have been around for a while. It's natural. Some players get too involved in the game and when things aern't enjoyable they fell they need to leave, and they should. TT is getting better. There are still great leaggues, BM, Scrum, s 3 on 3, youngsters leagues. MM just plopped down 10 new mods and an expansion pack was released today. For ever good player leaving there in another person play and becoming a great player. If the game doesn't provide enjoyment, Get out. It should be fun. If it's not find something else to do that is enjoyable. We all need a break sometime. Newbies are just that, they are neew. Hopefully the intelligent ones mature and catch on quickly, thise that just come to be disruptive, they get banned. Maybe not from TT but certainly form the private servers.
Again just chill a bit. TT is strong, very strong. BTW nobody mentioned Tankgirl in on another leave of absence. So technically that would be 5 players as TG is a great scrummer as well.

Hmmm Revel( a great modder), aliensexist(great player), paisano(great scrum player), and Legendary(good player) have all annouced that they will stop playing or talking on TT or PTT. But why would all of them stop at the same time? Is this some conspiracy? Will they all rise uup and form a group so strong, that they will overthrow all groups? Or do they have some odd reasons? You all may think I've been drinking too much prune juice, but I haven't. I know something is going on....and I will find out......
