Thats a shortcut to "White on black". Its in System prefrences under "Unerversal access".
^ Actually in tiger it makes the screen inverted... See?
However, for some reason when I take the picture, it keeps in normal colors. So you don't see?

Go look in Universal access, its called "White on Black" with the shortcut next to it....
Its not a gimick, its to help the less abled.
What you do is go to a friends house who has a mac... The ctrl option apple 8 and he has no idea what happened.

Bounce backs green, area affects grey-black.
I also notice you cant switch back once inside the TT application.

I just walked by three of my classroom computers and inverted the color on them. Now the students are trying to figure out how to undo it.
(sometimes it's the little things that make me chuckle...)
The "less abled" are people who's eyes are opposite. Although switching the colors would just make the screen look 'opposite' to them, lol. :P Perhaps some people would want that.

and the 1 next to them the weired simbol
and 8 and watched ur screen!!!
