Check THE SKINNING RESOURCE for a few skin programs and trials.
I find that a combo of apple works and graphics converter (all of which, you can find on apple.com) works best for me. Check out iSkins to see what one can do.

It is fun, byt the best tanks are not the ones that just use filters. That is why rabban is so amazing. He doesn' backround, then he tricks out the tank with lighting bolts and such! XD
