The survivors and I recreated Survivor because everyone missed it so much. Now that -z- is back and Dan is better than ever, I guess you guise will enjoy their server, rather than ours. I knew that this day would come, but I guess that I was dreading it and excepting that I would have a little more fun hosting survivor. Ah well. I hope you guise enjoyed our server, and thank those other members of survivor for their outstanding help to our restless Survivor fans in this community:

CompUComp : "Helped with ideas, made some bots, but was just a nice and helpful guy to keep us going."
NEVA DIE : "He was with us in the beginning, and most recently started to help with admining and things. Very great guy, also hosted some Survivor meetings back in the day."
DJ Wings : "He most recently joined survivors. He had tried to make a 24/7 server for us, but it didn't work out that well. He is a great guy, and helped us get into hosting more often."
Warfare : "Here is the guy who started it all. Don't know where he is now, and it seems that all the other survivor members have been busy lately, manly this guy. We should give a big hand to warfare for starting this whole thing, and organizing this in the beginning. He was our first leader, and main scripter for Survivor's recreation."
Me : "In the beginning, I think that warfare pitied me, and just let me on to get me off his back. I ended up learning to script and gave Warfare some pointers. I was kinda the assistant scripter. Most recently I have been hosting survivor as well. I also provided the light AIs for survivor."

Warfare elected me new leader of survivor, which is why I'm trying to make sure each of these people are recognized. I hope that everyone knows that all these people helped tremendously keep survivor running while -z- was gone. Now that he has returned, I guess the survivors are over. Hope you enjoyed those games that you played in our server, and I hope you will enjoy -z-s server when it is back up. I'll miss this group, it was fun workin' together. GJ guise! :)

It's never useless to set a goal for yourself and meet it. And you did something no one else has been able to before you, duplicate -z- survivor mod. My hats off to all of you , well done and a big thank you for your efforts. Look on the brite side you could have come up with a new game type the gets little or no interest from the community. :[

Who said -z- could play TT? You did a great job anyway. Kudos.

What you did was definitely not useless, Splam. Even though I didn't contribute much I appreciate what you and the others accomplished. :)

You guys all deserve kudos for doing that. It wasn't easy, it took dedication and time, and you pulled it off. Very impressive, and I'm sure what you learned from doing it will benefit you in the future.

Also, why stop serving it? I had fun in there every time I played.

I was impressed on how quickly and efficiently CannedSplam learned to script in such a short time! Really helped Warfare big time! Hey CS, we were a team and that's how we accomplished our goal. Anyways, I hope the public enjoyed it.

Some negative things about re-creating Survivor was that it also attracted those old nasties from way back when -z- hosted Survivor. The nasties I mean are those that spam, flame, harras, or get way ou of control. In my opinion, I really didn't want to be an admin in Survivor since I don't bother with admin stuff. All I do when I'm admin is just write a single friendly message in the center of the screen to welcome everyone in the server. I get very disappointed when I kick people because I like everything to be fair to the trouble maker.

P.S. Whatever happened to Dan Macdonal's 4800 MHZ hard drive? It really rocked because it was just literally STUCK at being the first server in the master list!

Thanks all. Just to keep this straight, I'm merely stating our team's accomplishments and saying that we probably wont be doing all the stuff we used to because -z- is returning and Dan has already stated that. I'm glad you all enjoyed the server, infact I will be hosting it soon for tonight and the rest of the weekend. A end of the season surprise! XD

Ah, well, it was great while it lasted. You should be proud- you passed the torch to -z- and Dan. XD Survivor still survives!

Well I can't access the server to start up any game servers or even see what code there is there for any of that. Shame I can't even get TT to run from here, I'd have very much liked to see your version of it. There really is no reason to take it down though - even if I could get the PTT one back up and running again.
