I'll try to explain, I'm no expert, but...

Because the name "Planetthinktanks" is under copywrite, you cannot use that name without the permission of a certain person (not sure who) to use the name "Planetthinktanks".

no because then it would still be a copy of this site...that is if he plans to make a site very similar to this one (with the info, content, and such). If it's awefully close to this site, whomever is in charge of PTT could ask freewebs to take down your site. Something similar happened a while back to another site (a guy make a site that was very very similar to the original site...and it was taken down within a couple of days)

Exactly, and those people would be Dan Macdonald or -z-, who made the site itself.

And we're not joking, copyright infringment is a serious matter that isn't taken lightly. Remember -v-? He did the same as you, and he's now banned from freewebs for stealing the name of the site, its images, and all of its text, which directly violates the TOS you said you agreed to when making this site.

Need any more reasons to delete the site? Here's one - you're doing a thing called 'plagiarism,' which is the copying of someone elses images, text, etc without citing where you got it from, and calling it your own. You could get your internet repealed for doing that and you could also face criminal charges.

So, for your sake, I hope that you reconsider, or else I'm going to have to turn you into freewebs.
