It sickens me that Bush is using 9/11 images for his own political gain.

I believe that if his brother in Florida didn't rig the eletions and Al Gore got in, decisions would've been made differently and 9/11 would've never happend!

FN Bush saw an opportunity and he took it! He used 9/11 as an excuse to go to war with Iraq so that he and his family's companies could profit from the oil and contracts. The greedy selfish bastard is now using the very images of the people he killed to get votes in this years elections. Excuse me, I'm gonna go throw up now :(

But seriously, I agree that we need to continue to remember what happened on 9/11. It's so easy to get on with our lives while others will always live with the consequences of that day. It also helps to remember that terrorists flew those planes and they're responsible for their actions.

Unfortunately, we may yet have to face more such days in our future.

I just noticed this yall. We won the war with Iraq. Gas prices in California: Regular=still $2.10 a gallon? So Bush lied about he "we need oil on Iraq" just to disquise the fact that Earth is out of petroleum?

It means, since the area is massively unstable, and iraq is a quagmire, those who speculate on petroleum futures get to gouge the hell out of us....supply and demand....supply has been threatened, and demand is at an all time high....establishing total dominance in iraq will help stabilish supply....if we can just kill and maim and torture enought "insurgents" we should be able to bring down gas prices...

@Stink -- Just so I can weigh the return on investment and form some more thoughtful opinions on this war...

How many 'insurgents' do you think we need to kill to get the price per gallon down around $1.50? How many of our soldiers would we have to sacrifice?

While you work on that angle, let me do some math here...

$0.70 per gallon in savings X 10 gallons per week = $7.00 per week X 52 weeks per year = $364

Hey, that's almost the same amount as that tax rebate check (vote bribe) I received. Those damn Iraqis cost me my rebate check. Here's an idea:

If Bush would just send me another $300, I'd let him stop fighting in Iraq and would say, 'we're even'.
