This has been happening on all my lush terrains lately:

-not all the time, though. Also, I can't get any of the recent MODS to work. I've never had problems with mods before.
What's the dilly?
Edit: before the wisecracks start, I'm not talking about the score.

That's probably something wrong with your graphics card. I know another TTer who has an "interruption" problem with his game.
What exactly about the recent mods does not work?

Fish - I had a similar problem - although it looked a bit different. Does you comp lock up ever?

I use PC with Radeon 8500 - and problem caused by dust building up on the card. Thanks to Blind Cide - I dust it off every now and then and problem went away pretty much - unless my computer room is really hot.

^ I agree I've got the Radoen X850 and a similar thing happened to me, although not quite as bad as the pic. Also used the old dust buster solution to solve it, now unfortunately it's another regualr job I've tasked myself with.

Dollars to doughnuts that these three are right. It definitely looks like a graphics problem. Overheating really messes those cards up. Give it a good dustoff and see what happens. If you can, vac out the whole inside of your case (don't take everything apart unless you know what you're doing, though).

I never thought of something as simple as dust and heat. That's probably it. Thanks folks!
