I need to know this this would be great if anyone can help.
I'd also need to know how to convert it to.DTS or any of the file that are able to be Imported into blender.

You open up.max files with 3DS Max,and 3DS Max does support.dts object *exportation*, and yes, you can import.max files into blender, but the python script link is dead. :S

Cool exept now I need the program........
Wow thats a cool site! Lottsa info!

The reason I need this is I have a few.max file of all vehicles from halo pelican, scopian, banshee, wraith, worthog, lifepod,
covenent dropship, ghost, fighterbomber (longsword?), finaly shade. Really cool heres a pic of it.

I belive truespace opens max files but im not shure of the dts files
