Ooh the hubs need work but overall I give it a 9. Where can I get those treads?

The turret and hubs were originally supposed to be plain light blue,no pixels,but something went wrong I guess.

1st: 2 filters (Hue/Saturation, Mosaic), so a 5.
2nd: looks sort of like a hue change of the lightning strike one...if it is, 5 also, if it isn't, 7.

Mosiac antique to be exact.

The second one isn't a hue/sat. Change,it's completely new.

Any way I could improve them?
