Well when I first started the saving I believe I did it as TT1_5.mis as an example because there are already 4 of them. So I added the TT1_5.mis. Now I am doing that now and it is not saveing. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I made a mod in the spooky scene and that was one I had saved and was able to go back to it, but my question is with the preset theme I use for the different themes for modding do I have to put it into TT1,TT2,TT3,OR TT4? Is that the combination that I am not figuring out? The Theme mod I save, goes in a certain TT file?
Ok, I have been trying everything. I figured out now from other forums that there are 3 groups to change the file name too. If you work with the 1st 4 in the presets for modding then it has to be TT1(1=lush), 4-8(2=spooky), 8-12(3=frantic)...I understand that now but when I mod in medulla then save it to file TT1_5.mis it still does not show up in the list next time but it is in the missions folder? What am I doing wrong. Before it worked fine, now it is not and I even reloaded Think tanks game to reset everything and put back in the modding program like it says on its directions and tried again. Still the saving problem?

Yes? It worked before but not now? What to do? I even went to drastic and reloaded everything and the mod maker too.....This is driving me crazy!!!! Not being able to play what I saved and it is there to play XO

OK, I think I see the problem.You can name your file TT1_5.mis, but it would also need a TT1_5_LO.ter, and TT1_5.ter file. Those aren't files you can mod. The game needs them to load the level. What you should do is make a copy of ThinkTanks and keep it as a back-up. That way, if something terrible goes wrong, you've got the original files.
You'll have to name the file you're modding with one of the below names. *I left the level name after it just for reference. Just move the file out of the missions folder, rename it, and then drop it back into the missions folder to replace the original file.

TT1_2.mis Hypothalamus Hills
TT1_3.mis Cranium Crater
TT1_4.mis Freudian Flats
TT2_1.mis Hippocampus Hollow
TT2_2.mis Comatose Canyon

TT3_1.mis Synaptic Slopes

Also, if you want to change the name of the level, open up the.mis file you've modded and a few lines down from the top you'll see this:
Name = "Cranium Crater";
Just rename it there, and keep the quotes. That way you'll know it's a mod.
This might be a little messy, but here goes. Look at the following links for some good tips on modding. The ultimant modding thread!
Another thing you'll need is ModWizard. Scroll down until you see it.
As far as dealing with getting your mod to show up on the main server, try this link. Dedicated Server Good stuff about setting up your computer for a server. You can access your router settings by going to: 192.168.1 in your browser. ( I think that's what is is. Might also be 192.168.1.1 Best check your router's docs.) Then type in admin as the name and leave password blank.
You mentioned that you had 2 computers linked. One idea would be to use the DMZ setting. It puts one of the computers outside the router's firmware firewall. Then you can use your computer's software to set up a software firewall.
Be careful though, you can really screw up your router settings and suddenly have no internet connection at all. Then you'll end up here.... The Internet Helpdesk Funny video!!! XD

Just tried it, but I think putting it in the forum blew some of the syntax. It seems to do some strange things to text, hehehe. Were you able to get it running? Maybe try emailing the original file to me. I'll add the stuff and email it back. Just click on my name and it will take you to my profile. The email address is there.

TY killin, I dont't know how to do the other thing so I don't want to mess up my server. Get me e-mail since you know how and e-mail me so I can send you other mods I make. I appreciate your help and also if I can learn more from you on certain codes like to make the rapid fire and the tank faster and where to put them codes in that would help so I can make more for you. I need to also get to know how to make the terrain higher (where do I look for that code at) and also expand as far as the land can go? Them things would help to for me creating you some more lands. I did'nt read above but control s 4 saving with mod wiz and it will appear in folder as MW1_1 or whatever
