Check the skin library and make sure you change the tank name the same as the tank skin folder, like : for light tank it's tank01.jpg and medium is tank02.jpg then Heavy is tank03.jpg

In other words do this
Click alt and mouse
go to show pacjage contents
go through Thinktanks/contents/resources/game/shapes/tanks
then rename Tank01.jpg to something like Tanky
drag a layout of a skin and put it in Thinktanks/contents/resources/game/shapes/tanks
