You must open a Port to the internet in your firewall
Or DSL router !
Its the port 28000.
I donīt know how to config your firewall or router

What type of router do you have?
Hey, I'm not sure the answer for that.... But configure it for 28000, 28001, and 28002, sometimes it will use other ports if something is wrong with it. (Too much modding perhaps ;) )
