Sure, it works well with Photoshop, but I'd rather have more than 4 games to choose from.

Face it. MACs are just a burden on the computer world.

OK, let's forget about that bump and make this the official OS debate thread.
I'm currently installing Xubuntu 6.06 (which just came out yesterday), and I'm impressed. I tried Alpha 6, and it sucked. But this is just great. It comes as a live CD with an "Install to Hard Disk" icon on the desktop- and it installs graphically. Big improvement! So if you want to try Linux, get a free Ubuntu CD with ShipIt, and try it out- it should be a piece of cake.

What about the download version, us peeps with broadband can just download the whole thing (right?)... XD

Edit: Ouch, nevermind the bandwith is sucky, probably faster to mail it anyway... :P

I meant the ShipIt thing for people who can't tell an ISO file from an EXE, much less burn one successfully, or don't have any CD-RWs.
EDIT: Well, the progress for my install seems to be permanently frozen at 68%. Guess I'll just reburn it.

@test - Sometimes it'll sit a while, you might wanna wait for it a little bit.

I use multi-billion dollar military satellites to find tupperware hidden in the woods... What do YOU do?

I waited about 20 minutes. Is that long enough?
Well, whatever I waited, it was long enough. Racer, GET X 6.06. It rocks.
Next step: TT on Linux.
