Dan is more than just our beloved admin, he's also a game maker.

Check out his new game:

Little Soldiers is a mind bending, strategic-puzzle game that places you and your compatriots on a range of challenging, classified military missions. Armed with rocket missiles, bullets, building materials, pick axes, and your own mind muscle strength, you must build carefully placed fortification, explode bombs, plan cautiously thought out routes in order to proceed safely to your desired escape areas, and perfect your teamwork skills and decision making which can be a matter of life or death.

Look at the cute little soldiers! I hate when they die, they look like crushed toys. Poor little soldiers. I beat the game though! Yay!

That was interesting demo. I even had to think a lot in one level. But what happened to Katsu? Didnt you finish it because I remember that I saw that game once in garageames site.

You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.

...

Is there a Linux version?

Hi guys, thanks for the nice comments. I never posted a link to LittleSoldiers here because I didn't think TT players would appreciate it all that much. I really want to do a linux version. The graphics library I used to do the drawing has an ALMOST functional linux port so hopefully soon.

I'm still working on katsu, I've had to prune down some of the planned features but it's comming together quite nicely.

May I ask, what is your company's name Dan?

Sunday, November 14, 2004 at 6:59:29 PM

Well, I guess I'm still associated with Rainfall Studios, however that company was formed with two other guys who sort of fell by the wayside. I do consulting work from home now under a company named RainCity Games. However there is no website for that company, it's purely a business entity. Right now I partner with guys like phelios and squarecircleco to make games and sell them. In more detail, I partner with squarecircleco to make games and partner with phelios to sell them...
