FYI it is not neccessary to post screenies for CTF. You can link to the game in the recent results section of PTT. If the game isnt there then change the url to count backward til you find the game.

Last weeks game I definitely played more offense then anything though.

If you still question my game you can ask any of my team mates, even J himself ;) N oh yeah, the lag thing... Everyone experiences the same lag in tournament games.... None (following -z-'s shut down of PTT).

Personally, I think the individual score doesn't say much of anything. All that matters is the final..win or lose. Lots of times when playing defense, I will let a heavy smoking tank past me to attack a non smoking tank for obvious reasons. It lowers your score, but helps you win.

I agree MOE, as shows in my last game when I only had an indie score of 3.... But played some hard offense which 'helped' the team as a whole win the match.

Ditto corey. I waste lives just hassling goal, making them pass the scrum or leave the ring, thus resetting the timer until the rest of the team arrives. Anything, just so that the timer does count down completely....

Double ditto for me corey.I do what it takes for my team to win, my score matters less to me but my team scores means the world to me. I am the same way in pool leagues thats why I am the anchor on the team. I get the points that is needed in the final game of each round for my team to win, wether it be a win for 10 ponts or take the loss but get the needed points (1 point per ball made, 10 for the win) for my team to win. Well enough said, good luck to all this week except for the Diving Eagles (j/k) B)

Yes, I completely agree here. When I used to play 8o , I often became suicidal just to stop the timer or reset it to prevent a point. I've never understood players that hang out on a ledge or hill and fire pot shots at the enemy goal hoping to do some damage. The only time this can be even remotely effective is when using AE bombs.

Hope all went ok last night.. I put everything up early etc because I am suffering from flu at the moment (hot/cold sweats, muscle pains, joint cramps etc.) and was in bad need of sleep. Heh, that's also why PTT was seemingly down for far longer than it should have been :(

In my honest opinion, they were two of the best damn games of CTF I've ever played. None stop heart pounding adrenaline that can only be topped by our next match on Sept. 10th.

Thanks for the links guys. Just updated the table. Sorry about the names being wrong for that game, thought I had changed everything in the prefs for it, but obviously I hadn't. Must have been an oversight due to tiredness.
