I cant get my game to work

I dont know if that works...but the picture is a screenie of the game and when I open the app thinktanks it says to put in my reg. Code and I do and then it says validating product key, then after about 5 minutes of that going nowhere it says it cant find a sever...ive been trying to fix this problems for days...

You are on a MAC huh?

1. Is the location of the game in a part of your hard drive that is password protected?

2. Try moving it to the desktop.

3. Check garagegames for your product key again (its in your profile after you log in). You may have used it too many times.

4. This file may be corrupted trash it: Thinktanks/Contents/Resources/ignition

Hey alien, make sure you download a fresh copy of TT first. (With the mods I've downloaded I sometimes can't enter servers and have to use an untouched copy of TT.)

Then use GG's offline registration page and follow directions. http://www.garagegames.com/ignition/

Let us know if you still need help.

BTW; something is broken with GGs reg process now (maybe because of osx updates) and I always have to register this way now.
