Rename the file like the current levels are named. For example, if you made a lush level name it TT1_5.mis. The next MOD you make name it TT1_6.mis, and so on.

This way you will be able to select your MOD on the create a server screen.

I got a question about the renaming thing..can you rename it like TT1_9 or something so that you can select the unmodded and modded version of the level?

@Snowraven: Yes. :) But, make sure you have 5, 6, 7, and 8 before you make a 9. If there is a gap, it will only see the levels up to the gap. For example: with TT1_4, TT1_5, TT1_7, & TT1_8. Since there is no 6, the TT1_5 will be the last level it sees.
