Trying not to be n00b-esque, I recall that someone created a chatroom specifically for ptt off of a free website of some sort. Is anyone aware of where I could create one of my own?

First you should make a website off of freewebs.com or other places

If you do a quick google check for "free chatroom url" or something along those lines, you can take the url of it, and paste it into the appropriate location in your website.
