Need the following from each application:

YOUR TANK'S NAME: (name you play with)

VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: (for further communication)

CONNECTION TYPE:(Dsl,Cable,T1, ect.)

Any player can participate. The games will play in TEAM BATTLEMODE servers.

Applicants who are accepted, will be drafted by a Team's Captain.

However, there are only 6 teams, therefore, some of you will have a chance to play, some will not.
