Since you apparently haven't done this before, you need to know it's 2 matches. Whoever has the best ping on your side hosts yours, whoever has the best ping amongst the four of us hosts the second.

Only if it is ctf, can it be 5 on 5? If so, I would like to call upon MOE as well

This is the biggest crock of dung ever. Not only did they host BOTH games even with our horrible lag, I couldn't even get into the second game after I said I would host it!!!!! There was some no uf player in there.

I also like how at the last minute we password protect the server. That's cool. So even if moe and tankster found us, they couldn't join.

I was pretty stoked about playing this thing, but after tonights experience, count be out unless it's a TOTALLY NEUTRAL SERVER, like ctf.

Yeah - the lag was so bad I'm not gonna bitch in CTF anymore.

It was also kind of funny how it only took two bursts to blow up a UF, but 6 or 7 to take out a DA.

Would have loved to have played on an even field. As far as I'm concerned, I should have just played CTF and got some practice in...tonight was a write-off. DA can declare victory if they like, but it'll be cheap and meaningless.

BTW UF's instead of complaining and moaning, next time when you organize a match make sure that there is a re-match. You guys are too good to stoop down to that level. I am confident that you guys will rebound and beat them next time - or so I hope for your sake, otherwise Apollo will definitely rub it in. Sigh.

OBVIOUSLY, this didn't happen. Refer to Sil's post:

Say what you like - assuming anyone can understand it, the average "joe" knows you're full of shit.

Have I mentioned your absence yet? We asked the folks that were there where you were - Sil and I - and got a response of "What a bitch - we have to back up his shit talking" or something to that effect.

ALSO: I have never represented myself as anyone's leader. AGAIN, try grabbing your "Hooked on Phonics" tape and RE-READ the post I quoted above.

The DA's we saw last night were for the most part good sports - but even they knew that it wasn't a level playing field. You're giving the good guys on your team a bad name by acting like a complete jerk off. And what's so funny is you don't show last night.

Maybe you can start your own army - call it "LD" (learning disabled).

Hopefully a cheap and meaningless match can be replaced by whoever leads DA arranging something with (UF) Tankster.

I admit it - I flew off the handle - and apologize. Not having too good a day at work and it seeped over into this. You're absolutely correct - let's just have fun.

I'll be practicing for the CTF Tourny with Sil in a little while and see if he remembers who made the comment. I do remember it was made while we were waiting on everyone to arrive.
