All those wacky weapons are made from the special.cs file. If you don't have it you can download it here: http://supra.planetthinktanks2.com/archives/files-other.asp
Just go to the "script" section of that link and download the special.cs. Put that special.cs in your game/server/scripts. When you did all that, there is a tutorial on how to tweak with them at the :::::NEW MODDING RESOURCE:::::

I want something like in repent's and ouch/lookin's mods;where every one gets different skins for weapons and how to make them hurt more and like the nukes;how they explode a large amount of the mod/level
