It will be released after nick comes back from school and finishes the mac port (he was finished but I had an important bug and he has to do it again)...
The windows version is completed with the Installer..

No you can't. As the program is allready tested and Nick just needs to finish it so we release it..
I'm gonna need a Linux User that can port the app to Linux (remember, you must know how to do this)

Is it how easy to use? Show with hands! XD Linux user, dash %) He always posts pictures with Giant Tux %)
Its easy to use, you just pick the emitter that comes with it (RainbowSpiralEmitter) and edit it with slide-bars as you can see in the pic! You will see the emitter in the screen while modifying!
After that just change the emitter name and save!
It will be saved into "game/ParticleEditor/Particles" of the app directory.
You just need to copy the respective emitter to the special.cs of TT and use it!

Looks very cool, now if you can get it to work in a server would be even more cool.
You could ask Racer445 to test Linux version, he's switching to Red Hat Linux, if I recall.

Its a completly new app, I made it so it worked with the Particle Editor part, TT doesnt like it so its an independent app
I made this cos I cant make emitters that dont crash the game, and with this tool I allready made a set of 4 really cool emitters!
I think its a good thing for modders, as many dont know how to make emitters or make em work.
@Art but what OS is he running, im running 10.2.8 hes probably running 10.3.5.
They are different and some Panther-10.3.5 programs dont work on 10.2.8

*Leeds heals and fires a Sonic Ripper-Upper at Art Crazyİ and rips him limb from limb
*Leeds used ltimate Deflector and Throws the car back at Art Crazyİ, which then trusn into a sonic strangler of rune which strangles Art Crazyİ whilst Leeds watches, laughing
*Leeds makes his own bood and returns from the dead, leaving Art Crazyİ gobsmacked, when he suddenly gets crused and Sonic Blood Remover with added Blood IP Banning to stop AC from being able to make his own blood! Leeds wins! Remember folks: Art Crazyİ has no blood on earth so he can't come back unless he makes blood and his Blood IP has been banned so he can't mae it!
*The Blood IP banner detects Art Crazyİ's real Blood IP and detsroys all his bloopd and kills him and also brings Leeds back to life! And as my IP banner can see through the firewall, Art Crazy has no option but to admit defeat, and it can bring back the person who started it up AGAINST ALL METHODS OF BEING BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE BLOCKED!
*Art Crazyİ watches in amazement as the Blood IP banner returns from the Graveyard, a speical efffect it possesses, bringing Leeds with it!
*As Leeds activated the Blood IP banner, only he could use it, leaving Art Crazyİ gobsmacked!
*The Blood IP banner could be activated by the person who activated it, even if they were dead ;)!
And the IP blockerrevival technique cannot be blocked in any way!
Plus, the soul of the person who activated it can always be recovered by the Blood IP blocker! And they can use it even with their soul gone!
No The Blood IP blocker is special, it can recover any person, in any state even if their soul is gone!
The Spirit Reciverer activated itself and recovers Leeds' soul!
*Leeds hires a dead spirit killer to detsory Art Crazy's soul in a furnace, which will melt the soul, and make it disappear forever!
Everythign Leeds has joins together into a MASSIVE CHAINSAW and destroys all of AC's machines, and him!
*Leeds comes back to life, leaving Art Crazy dead!
*Leeds buys a Machine Nicker and nicks all of AC' machines and blocks AC's blood soul etc. Fully forever
*Leeds relises AC wants to make peace so urns off all his machines and brings AC back to life, and makes peace

After That Art Crazy Complely destroys Leeds blood so he cant get back from the dead. War finished: Art Crazy Wins. Remember: Leeds is completly vanished and as no blood is in earth u cant get back from the dead!*
*Art Crazy's soul buys a Blood Firewall and makes it use a "false" Blood IP, makes some blood and comes back from the dead. After That he sneaks behind Leeds and kills him. After that he takes him to another galaxy and arms a super experimental but fully working bomb that destroys a whole galaxy. He Blocks Everyway Leeds could use to get back alive. He runs away back to earth and hears the "BOOM" far away.
Art Crazy Wins.. Again. Rember: All Leeds Traces have been erased and as every way he can use to get back to life are blocked, he cant get back to life*
*Art Crazy was still using the Blood Firewall and as every way Leeds could use to get back alive was blocked, the Blood IP banner fails and is also destroyed. Remember: The Blood Ip Banner is a way he ould use, so its blocked and it was blocked before bringing leeds back to life so it fails...*
*Leeds was dead so he couldnt activate the blood ip banner and he couldnt get back to life and Art Crazy wasnt using the Blood IP Banner, he was blocking all the ways Leeds could use to get back to life with his mind*
*Remember: All those ways are blocked so the Blood IP Banner cant be activated and the Blood IP Banner is not Unblockable. Art Crazy buys a dead spirits killer that made em disappear forever. He kills leeds spirit and never sees it again.*
When the soul is gone it doesnt exist so it cant use the Blood IP Banner, and the Blood IP Banner only blocks Blood IPs and DOES NOT BRING A PERSON BACK TO LIFE
Leeds has no soul so he cant hire other souls a.k.a. Spirits
*Art Crazy Buys a Blood IP Banner Blocker + Blood IP Person Somoned Revival Blocker and etc and blocks Leeds Blood IP Blocker fully*
*Art Crazy Takes out a Pizza and makes the MASSIVE CHAINSAW all dirty so it cant go arround. Art Crazy Is still alive while Leeds Is Dead*
*After Leeds comes back to life art crazy doesnt die so they decide to make peace and the story ends*

I have to install one more HDD inorder to run Linux, but I already have 3 HDDs in my machine so I need a special card so I can.. So no testing yet.

I took an Existing Not fully working particle editor, fixed it, made an app out of it, made the emitters it made work with TT and here is a sneak peak:
Note: Big Image, Wait For It To Load
After Saving we can just go to the folder Particles and copy the emitters to TT
Quick & Easy
It's on BETA Stages Now, And Nick(Chilled Lizard) is porting it over to Mac.
It will be released today.
