I haven't ever heard about "DB16 maps", but... Following will help you.
Download this -> TT Mod Pack
It does have lots
of map files. When you have it installed correctly you will get in nearly all servers which use player made terrains.

You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.
