Make the area bigger, ie: Area = "-5512 -5512 10524 10524";

Oh, go to FogVolume1 and put it to "0 0 0";

I.e:

How do you make your tank go super fast?

That's a bit too fast though

An acceptable hightened speed would be

Lighttank.maxspeed = 60;

Lighttank.accelrate = 30;
