Oh, go to FogVolume1 and put it to "0 0 0";
I.e:

Lighttank.maxspeed = 10000;
Lighttank.accelrate = 10000;

That's a bit too fast though
An acceptable hightened speed would be
Lighttank.maxspeed = 60;
Lighttank.accelrate = 30;
