SquidRing had a Cat 3 cyclone roll over his spot on the map this week. No doubt, all wish him only minor problems. For fun, let's post our guesses for what's happened to Squidders. When he returns, we'll ask him to crown best answer.

My guess?

After making a bad decision to try and ride out the storm on his boat, he was found 3 days later by a cruise ship, miles out at sea, floating on a rickety, make-shift raft fashioned out of empty beer cans. Tourists on the cruise ship report he was inebriated, sunburned and deliriously shouting curses at an imaginary "diver" named "Tanty".

Well so much for that game...he's back already.

^ No competition there. I only hope that he gets through this.
My guess: The cyclone destroyed his computer, and besides, he can't find it because he's so drunk. At least his refrigerator wasn't ripped to pieces.

OK this game is back on, as Cyclone Daryl is now heading our way and will be near Squid-Town in about 48 hours. Currently Cat 2 and getting stronger. And I have only just finished cleaning all the crap out of my pool................... 8o

BTW 44 wins the prize for the last comp. The prize is a punch in the head which will be delivered very soon XD

Ok, I predict that Squiddy tries to use preventative maitenance this time. He FILLS all his empty beer cans (now in the thousands since the last storm) with sand and gravel and uses them to barricade his lovely abode. %)

What he fails to do in his drunken state is fasten all the cans together somehow and ends up buried in a HEEEUGE ( <-----add Aussie accent to huge) pile of beer cans and sand after the storm hits. :P

Regardless of the storm hitting or not, I think the scenario ends about the same as 44's prediction from last time.

He was playing tt and when he lost connection he looked out the window and crapped himself than he turned back around a played solo untill the power went out and then he got drunk and his roof got ripped off. XD

Hmmm... I think he will try to hole up in his bedroom and try to wait it out.

...Is there anything to do in here?...Is there anything to drink in here?...

Nah, I reckon the cyclone's gonna keep blowing out his bbq so he'll go off and siphon some petrol out of his (edited:)pickup-truck and put that on which will make it a raging fire which will blow onto his house and burn it down...

...he'll be drinking warm beer for a month.
