Not sure if you saw this one, but it worked for me. Missing TT sound fix for Mac OS 10.4 "Tiger" users
I'll give it a try. Mucking about with Terminal commands makes me a bit nervous, but not having any game sounds really stinks.

Any help you could offer would be GREATly appreciated.
I've read on these forums about TT sound effects dropping out under Mac OS 10.4. I have had this problem ever since upgrading, and subsequent Apple updates (all the way to 10.4.3) have done nothing to solve the problem.
If you haven't experienced this, here it is: TT plays normally but with no sound effects at all. Background music plays as it normally does, but tank engines, shots, hits, etc. Are missing.
I tried a couple of workarounds posted in these forums with no luck. I sent two messages to GarageGames requesting help or a patch with no luck? Can anyone else help out with this?
