Yes its 28000-28010 UDP I have a firewall running.ive turned the firewall off when I hosted and it still did not work.please help :[ and,yes I have a router running

I have had this problam before... Are you already running an instance of TT when you launch your dedicated server?
If TT is already running and you launch a ded server it might not show. Happened to me when I could host
