To be more specific I dont know wat to do for step #4 where do I go I cant find it

I decided I would start modding so I tried following the instructions.....long story short the only thing thats differnt is I cant click the button "create" and have it do anything the screen starts loading like normal only it doesnt say its loading and it doesnt say the room name.....so how the hell do I fix this AND start modding :o
