Theres already a TT moments thread...Old memorys and new memorys...check this thread out...
^ Dead linky
When I was on Dar's and OM's team scrum team during a league game. I scored the final two goals with ten seconds left ( the last one with less than 1 second) to win the game. PSL 3 or 4?
^ Better yet, drafting the current HBM roster last year and this year. Watch out!! XD
Sry guys I didnt know...someone could lock this thread I gues... :o
In the Psychoscrum VII season finale, the locos defeated the dreaded fleas in game 1, and the score was tied with the clock running down quickly. I was in pursuit with my teammates trying to deny the last second score to the fleas. We shot down said scrum runner, I obtained the flag and was close to the goal with 10 seconds left. It was my moment, my time to win the game outright, and with 1 second left on the clock, I saw one lone flea within the goal. I proceeded to try and make something happen, this is the stuff of legend, this is where heroes are born, the last second shot, the final field goal, the walk-off homerun, I made my move toward the goal but it was stolen within the goal, or so it appeared with no time left on the clock.
The final score showed...fleas win 9-8. Tally Ho, steals a millisecond goal for the win. Check out the highlights from that legendary match-up at www.reagentx.com
Greatest moments are not always about winning, sometimes they are about failure and what you learn from that failure. Like never think you can get one around the "ho".

^ You're moment is still to come. This year I say! I'll be there to tell the story. ;)
Heh fiz :).
too bad that is one of many 'almosts, but not quites' me myself and my sides.
the fingers go unadorned.
that ps final tho, that was epic; the reason we play.
I enjoyed the 2005 convention immensely also
(oh ya MM, I remember, Lones wife doesnt like to be called Mrs Lonewolf - heheh)
But the single event that still gives me a giggle is the time I was playing
on Dash's Warpig and this bot was on the side of the plateau by the reload gate
Well...i shot him and his brain popped off and hit me in the eye
Bloody well knocked my tank right off the map
Brings a smile everytime....
I've posted this before when I was a noob but I still think about it every now and then.
I was a green greenhorn rookie in scrum when I watched in incredible disbelief at a smoking tank somehow maneuver his way thru a wall of 9 tanks to score an amazing high flying off-the-arrow pad up-the-hill backwards smoking goal. Everyone, and I mean everyone was stunned and could only say WOW!
That tank was simply called...44.
It taught me a valuable lesson... To never give up even when the odds are totally stacked against you...smoking and bleeding badly...facing 9 thugs licking their chops and campers waiting like vultures for your precious flag....you can still find a way to score. I've experienced many similar moments, but never one as impressive in my book.
I'm not sure if this was my best moment, but it was certainly an interesting game.

Ah yes, I do recall that two-tiered beating :).
Maybe my best non-team moment came a few years ago. I scored five or six goals in a row, and then afterwards realized that I hadn't yet hit the space bar. One tank, five goals.

Ah, well it would have to be the time I was playing some dudes with silly names and I'm all drinky...kinda hazy....and then suddenly I'm all,..."sacre bleu! My drink is empty!" but them I'm all, "honey, can you get me another whiskey?" and she's like...."f that, lazy ass. I'm not getting you another drink while you're playing baby games." and I'm all "bummer." but just as I'm sucking the remaining maker's mark molecules outta the melting ice cubes, she plunks down a fresh glass! And it's a double! And I'm all "hell yeah." just then, some dude drives by with the flag, and folks is all "git im, smallberries" I fire two bursts into a rock, three into some clouds. Man, life is just beautiful! I show up at the goal just in time to see him score. G1! I say. Still 3/4 of a glass left! As the baby starts to cry, I tighten down the headphones and crank up the itunes....

@Ho
Yes, I was in that game! I was a newbie and I could not believe my eyes. You jumped into the game late and scored 6 (six) goals in a row with the same tank against a full house of tanks!!! You were smoking but never died!!! There were campers and BMers but you kept scoring! I remember chasing you all over the map with the sole purpose of killing you and finally did...but the damage was done. Great stuff.
Well, depends what ya mena by best moment. But I gotta say either starting VT, or winning the WT war.
Leader of the Vigilante Tanks! May Vigilance Carry On!
^^ I'm glad u did start VT General, or else I wouldn't have had the oppurtunity of a lifetime. :)
Mine was when I blasted da ro-butts off of heavies... 13 in a row without getting mine blasted off
Who says I can't be 12 and faster than all of you?
One of my favourite moments has been 2on2 tournament as player of 'Hejsan Svejsan' which were formed with wiz. Our first match we're againts Rx and Tally Ho. This was also the first 2on2 scrum game of ours. There were three intesive and extreme fun matches played. 1st round 11 - 7 for Rx & Tally Ho. 2nd round 13 - 7 for wiz & triv. Third, extra round to decide the winner and the team who continues on the tourney, 9 - 8 for Rx & Tally Ho. By a nailbite we lost, but Rx & Tally Ho continued on the tourney and won it(the final game wasn't played fully, I think). The last goal which guaraanted the victory to Rx & Tally Ho happened in last seconds of the game. There was (smoking?) Tally Ho in top of sharp small mountain where to goal was. Wiz was coming from the side, but somehow Tally Ho managed to steal it and as result wiz fall and Tally scored.
Later on we decided to continue the tale of Hejsan Svejsan and entered to the 2on2 Scrum Challange. There we outplayed several teams without losing any round. After a while we had to step away as wiz was going to a long vacation.
You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.
^ Would probably still be undefeated too.

The professor and I played several games late one night against Dar & kj and totally smoked them.
They were the current two on two champs at the time. We were just on fire that night.
Too bad it wasn't part of the challenge or tournement.
