I think the XO face is supposed to be expressing emotion like anger and agressiveness. That's why they made it look angry and agressive. I conclusion, nobody thinks that.

They need a slight slightly less agrivated face... And an embarased face... Something like 8S... They also need a much sadder face. Like crying. I think :/ should be :'( and that one be like, crying...
