...But what's wrong with filters?
People say that there uneque without filters, and can you rate them with Master TMO's scale when you post, or post suggestions,
PS. I use PhotoShop!
There's nothing wrong with filters, heck, I use them. The thing us skinners get annoyied with about filters are when someone slaps one filter on a skin and publishes it.
You just have to be creative when using them.

It may be filters but it look totally sweet on the tank!
Blue oblivian. Nice name! 6.0
Blue is one of my favorite colors, if you darkened the barrel and the rims a little I'd give it a 7

Red Glare is nice but the other one is a light bright on the wheels and the shooter. You'll get better... :) I need to work on how to get my screen shots but I'll get it.

Blue Oblivian = 9.0 /10
Yes they are great skins. Very clean.
