I totally agree.Actually, my opinion is that the mods are filled when the owner is there. Why is this? Because some people let anyone be admin. Thats why some mods are always filled ;) And when they put their mods on dedicate no one comes.

I think it is a bad idea to keep a mod open 24/7,why?
Remember when Ice hockey was open every now and then? It was filled with players in seconds.
But when Ice hockey went on dedicated,it was deserted,why?
I think when you have a mod open for a long time,people play in it until is it no fun anymore. Keep it open every now and then and the flavor is locked in,and stays fun for a long time. XD
Except for Scrum mods,like monkeeman and co. They are still fun. :)
Just my thoughts,anyone agree?
