Ok the time has come to add some more avatars, and for this, I need the best tank skins that have been made for the game by the best tank skinners. From these, I will make some new 'skinned tank' avatars. So if you fancy having your avatar in your own skin, just post the skin (not a link to it) in this thread and a preview of the tank (not a link to a picture).

I will be doing new versions of Light Tanks, Medium Tanks and UFOs , but depending on the number of submissions, perhaps only the better ones of each category (for now) will be used.

As a reward, the owner of the best tank skin submission will have an animated avatar made similar to my current one.

Please do not post comments in this thread skin submissions only.

The deadline is Valentines day (and for those of you from a different planet, thats in just under one month on Feb. 14) I'll most likely be away for a couple of weeks at the end of Jan and beginning of Feb as its the Chinese New Year and everything stops for a couple of weeks (which sadly will probably include my internet access) hence you have a good 4 weeks to sort through those old skins.

Each member can submit up to 3 skins for each tank type.

Nah... I suck at skins.

But... If someone would let me, me and someone else could judge on what skins to pick, and I could create the new avatars myself. It wouldn't be that hard. I've waited long enough and I think it is time for this to happen, even if I have to do it myself.

Lol, Racer has a point, it has been long enough. To put into perspective, I took a break from TT soon after this thread was originally created. Here I've finally come back, and nothings been done yet. Go for it Racer! XD

My post was not meant to be mean sounding, I am sorry if it was. I did read your post and agree fully with what you are saying.

Who wants to start a contest? Or should we wait (quite a while) for -z- to return?

Yep.. Now that I'm back I'll see what I can do. Just need to make sure everything else is working ok first though.
