Dude, you've got to settle on something and stay with it. Dark was fine. I'm starting to have trouble keeping up with the name of the week. Black Widow is ok, but remember, its a feminine name (the coloring you've chosen is for the female of the species). The logo is cool, though.

What Rabban said, also there needs to be some balance, the logo is too big and appears to be SHOUTING! You should reduce the logos size a bit. The design is nice and it does symbolize a dangerous predator. I would think there should be some type of spider reference in the logo but not really necessary. Colors are great too.
