This one is not strange to me, but maybe to you. It's called Ghoetta. A German dish that consists of pinhead oatmeal, pork, onions and various sesonings that are fried all together. It is somewhat like scrapple for those of you in the Midwestern US.

I usually eat it for breakfast with a couple of eggs fried over easy. Yummy!

When I was a kid not so many years ago, we lived near a river in Illinois and my dad would go frogging. So we had frog legs alot of times for dinner and I found that I liked them. And it is true when they are cooking they move in the pan.

Not sure if Palak Paneer count's as wierd, but I think it is. Indian goat cheese seasoned w/ spices, creamed spinach, & "raj-mah dahl", which is this red kidney bean stew over rice. Pwns all! ;)

I went on a trip with my dad to Boston, oyster is the bomb! Just slap a little salsa on that thing and it melts in your mouth. I also tried squid yesterday which was good also.

Only lethal on days that end with "Y"

I was in the Arctic with some Inuit. We shot a seal. We ate the heart. It was warm and fizzy. Then they passed around the eye. " It's just like a candy... Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the middle". I passed on that. (But ate the heart, some starfish, sea cucumbers etc.)

I AM CANADIAN!

I'm sorry... But this thread is rubbish

I am going to surpass you all...

Our national dish is, HAGGIS !

A washed sheep's stomach stuffed with innards and oatmeal and put in an oven to stew away in it's own juices for hours...

...you can even get haggis in batter at your local chipshop.

Yes, thank you fans thank you. Our nation DOES have more disgusting food than you.

And it is true when they are cooking they move in the pan.

Only if you use spices (like salt), their nerves last a long time. If you put them in a solution they will last forever (???)

They jump when you cut through the legs.

Pray to GOD for him to reveal himself to you.
