Ya forums get kinda boring... We could replace the general section with a chat room 'cause the general section can be about anything
I'd be ALL for this....
... Except for the trolls. :[
Chat rooms are real bandwidth killers. :)
Just makeup a free account at yahoo or aim and use that to chat with TT members. I do it everyday.
B
Feel free to use the chat room I created just for TT fans: Paisano's TT Chat Room
This one is JAVA and so it doesn't require you to join Yahoo or create any accounts. You just enter the name you want to use and click CHAT.
If you have a yahoo account or don't mind creating one, then go to the TTFanClub
I created there.
It offers a much more complex and purtier chat room that supports live voice chat as well.
Whoa... Had no idea...
Yo paisano, your first link is very cool. Simplest = woot. Awesome.
-Z- we need a simple link to there. Like at the top of PTT forum pages. As in an official one.
This will solve MANY issues.
Don't know who I was chatting to, but they just kept saying "Technical Problems....Please try later". Not much of a conversation for my first ever chatroom experience.......
I went there.... I was lonely..... I cried a single tear... Then I left.... There is always hope that next time I will be amongst friends.............
If only my stupid parental filtering would allow chat.
If any of you want to chat, then just post something in this thread which will bump it to the top and let others know that you are feeling chatty.
@Hugo
Thanks for the props! Sometimes less is more, eh?

For fun, we can have TT trivia challenges in the live chat room.
I just want to hear TG's sultry voice. ;)
(It'll probably be a high-pitched, Bronx whine.) :S
LATER: OK, Rabban went in to check things out and when Rabban looged into the chat session things were cool until Rabban looked at his log line and saw his computer's LAN name and IP address. Rabban doesn't know about the rest of you, but Rabban doesn't like this. All Rabban needs is some hacker type to come along, write down his IP address and start doing sinister things. Is this a setting within the chat room or something new with Yahoo? Either way, Rabban doesn't like it.
Oh, and the chat room also set Rabban up as a moderator (at least he had a star beside his name which designates "moderator"). Rabban doesn't think he should have that priv. In someone else's chatroom.
Rabban will most likely avoid the chat room if this is the way its going to be.

Thanks Rabban for letting me know. I just deleted the whole frigging group! Screw it...
There was no way to cloak that info!
Why talk in third person?
Did piasano just say friggin?
@Tankster
LOL... Sorry...I lost my temper... I am Italian ya know! We have short fuses (I said fuses!!! Nothing else!)
@Rabban
Thanks for pointing that out to me. I wondered if everyone else saw the ip address too, but assumed just the admin could see it.
I didn't think Yahoo would be stupid enough to display that kind of info.. But sure enough, when I logged in with another account I could see it all!
I will hope that you and the few others who saw that info can be trusted!!
Remember, I am Italian and well connected. :)
I'm on right now, but there's no one else to chat with :(
Having topics is a good thin, but live chat is cool sometimes too.
PTT is hosting an IRC chat. I made a thread about it yesterday.
I have a chatroom too

Hay -z-, Would it be possible to create a live chat room where we could have real time conversations with other members that are logged on? That would be awesome.
