I'm a Windows man....
^ Is that a good thing?

Thursday, August 11, 2005 at 11:07:06 PM

If it doesn't run what I need, I don't use it.

That's why I don't use Mac. Not because it's bad, but because it doesn't run what I need to.

Ignorant people run Windows, and Windows doesn't run well on ignorance.

Monday, August 15, 2005 at 1:55:32 AM

^ I resemble that remark

Insulting on something like this....

It was a joke, or maybe it wasnt.... You need to take things more lightly

I wasn't trying to come off as insulting.

The majority of people that run Windows have no idea what they're doing. Windows is a great OS, it just requires a little more maintenance, they don't take care of themselves, the users take care of them. Macs are quite the opposite.

Windows = games and... Other important things
Macs = simple situations, graphics sound, movies, and education ;)

I take good care of my Windows. :)

Infact, I have 4 anti-spyware tools to keep my computer out of spyware and viruses. Also on what appleyard said, Windows is great if you know what you are doing. :)

Completely WRONG! I have many games for my mac, Lets count em! -14.

But there are loads of mac games. I can name 100's, maybe thousands!

Ignorant people run Windows, and Windows doesn't run well on ignorance.

(I know this has been resolved but I wanted to put in my 2 cents..)

Well, not exactly.... I dont consider myself to be ignorant
mac is good
and linux is ok I guess
and although I use windows I am not ignorant... I can do stuff most normal people dont know how to do on it
as CUC said "windows is great if you know what you are doing"

And then there are other people, is it ignorance, or satisfaction?

Besides I know plenty of mac users around where I live that are plenty ignorant...
its all in the way you look at it I guess...

If it works for you, use it!
if it dont, get something else and stop complaining
if you do have something else, stop comlaining about what you aint using

I personaly like windows, although it has issues, it has been good to me so far

Windows. Tweaked to perfection.

If the world had 70% Macs instead of PCs, there would me much more viruses for that.

Does putting an application in the trash-can delete it? Or uninstall it?

Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 6:56:57 AM

Delete it, But only if you hold down and select "Empty Trash"

But there are ways of getting files back that have been deleted

Gamers use PC's.

Noobs and multimedia editors use Mac's.

I don't like Penny Arcade as much. I don't find it funny at all really. And plus, CAD has the Chef Brian series of randomness.
