How do u make skins??

Go to your ThinkTanks folder/game/data/shapes/tanks. Find tank01.jpg (light tank), tank02 (medium), and tank03 (heavy). Edit them to your heart's content.

I think one of my files on it is rejecting/blocking or maybe its my fire wall, who knows, ether way when I tryed to download it, my computer brought a big screen up saying error.

I think its ur firewall. I am no expert with this tho :S %)
