First of all I would like to thank Monica and CompUComp for helping set up a server soo..........Thank You!!!!!

Now that I got it up and running, the question is can I run the server and play at the same time,, if soo how???

When I run the server , I cant click on the desktop shortcut to start the game soo... I started the game and then tried to run the server.... Either way I cant get both to work at same time on one P.C.

Any info would be just dandy.........................

Hmm... I don't have that problem. I'm not sure it's possible in your case. Welcome to TT.

This is a common Shockwave version problem. Most players host on a different computer than the one they host on, so I would reccomend getting an older computer for free somewhere, anything 200mhz-1ghz will do fine, then install a copy of windows and TT on it. Shockwave does not have the Linux version of TT, so Linux is out of the question.

Also, playing on the same computer as the one you are hosting on creates lag.

Full Throttle I have shockwave when you start your dedicated server go back to your think tanks folder and click on product you will see another icon of the TT tank click on it and you will launch TT but do not try to make a shortcut of this it will not work. Shockwave /ThinkTanks/product

Sheena I tried what you said to do, but when I click on it said your temp. Key has expired, I paid for a full year and have only been using T.T. For less than a 3 weeks!!!!
