It is a game?

You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.

It's awesome, I've played it.

It's like Warcraft 3 except in full 3D - sometimes the camera takes advantage of that and flips upside-down and stuff like that. Definetly worth your time and purchase!

I own it as well. HW2 is a difficult game. It is incredibly beautiful to look at, and the gameplay is great. The thing that really sets this game on a pedestal (as Spunky mentioned above) is the camera. The 3D space and immense gaming area created quite a challenge for the programmers. They found a fluid, natural, intuitive, and logical way to handle navigating the game... And it takes the game to another level.... In a word, what the camera brings to the game is AWESOME.

This game has a LOT of keyboard shortcuts and benefits greatly by clever key mapping on a Nostromo (or other keypad device).

The intelligence that went into the programming of the game is evident on every level. In addition, the attention to detail is often breathtaking. Unlike other "God-games" (Like Command and Conquer, Starcraft, etc), with HW2 you get to zoom all the way out to see an overview of an immense gaming area (the ships look like dots) and you can smoothly zoom all the way in and fill the screen with any selected unit. The programmers and graphic artists wanted this to be an immersive experience, so zooming all the way in to a selected ship reveals incredible detail, not just a blown up version of a sprite with big pixels. This again adds a definable level of quality to the gaming experience.

I give the game 4.75 out of a possible 5. It loses.25 because a few of the levels are painfully (and I do mean painfully) difficult.

Overall, a must buy game.

I did a google seached about it. And found about the game from its official website. Too bad the game had shapeships and other kind of space things. Im not a great one of them.

Hola!

Well, triv.. You did a google search and these people actually played the game. I think their opinion counts more here. And, they didn't feel the need to add gratuitous swearing either! Wow, lookee that.

Me love you all.

The game will actually threaten the very position of ThinkTanks itself... Lol. (But nothing will beat TT, you know that don't you.)

Not being mentioned yet, is that it also sports a multi player part. / wiz ;)=
