Kool, your goin to make a HALO mod awsome..ide be the first one in the server! ;)
You can make any mod you want but I think it's been done 4 or 5 times in the past if not more.

It has been. Here is a tip: Look at the maps, make projectiles like the ones in Halo (Needler, Rocket launcher, Sniper, Plasma Pistol) and try to learn some modeling so you can make some new tanks. Then you will go down for making "THE" Halo mod.
