Paint, paint shop pro, photoshop, the gimp ect. Just do a search on google for free image editor, or on download.com.
What should the size of the picture be and will it automaticaly become a circle in the game or do I have to make that happen somehow?
The size of the picture should be the size of the regular weapon.

How do I make my own pictures for my weapons? Do I need an expensive and complicated program to do so? Or can I get a free dowload that is usable. Please help me, thanks in advance.
