How do I join leagues and people will tell me the game times and stuff ?

Every league the first post in that league gives that info, JUST READ IT COMPLETELY. You have to sign-up before the 1 game is played to be picked on a team or else you go in the reserve pool to be picked later on. Also you have to be skilled , try playing against the captains of the teams in pick-up games so that they know about you. Good luck, great to have a new face around.
