As you may know, I got my own Admin Script, and now im making the GUI version.
If you don't know I'm thinking of releasing it when I'm done so I've made this development blog.
It'll have pics, current progress etc..

I'm already asking for BETA Testers, the requirements etc are in a post in the blog.

Well if I'd accept all windows BETA Testers, there would be like 100 :) , so im looking for other platforms.

Another Mac Beta tester here as I probably have a different OS to chilled, he probably has 10.3.8 I have 10.2.8

I'll be a Linux tester, and a Windows tester. I can't do Linux JUST YET because I don't have networking yet on my Ret Hat drive.

I still need a linux porter, that at least knows how to port :)

Well, now I've got Mac and windows tied, but I need some linux guys..
I dotn think im gonna accept more BETA Testers, as I chose the ppl I trust more and/or are big friends of me
Unless a REALLY REALLY REALLY close friend asks me, I'll ask for one more tester for each platform

And with REALLY good news for ya all :)

Just read this:
I'm gonna release the source code!! XD I decided to do that because the porting business just gives me work, and I dont have anything to do with the source (unless I improve it :) )

It will include a bundle of messagelogger, observer, my own version of the word filter, the admin script and the gui part :) , ALL OPEN-SOURCED!!

I'm gonna sleep now (after checking the whole forums), as the time difference is *USA Florida + 5hours = My Time* and then I'm gonna *fix* the openforappend on Macs (I think I know of a system, even if it will use another function :) )

Art, BraveTree says that you CAN'T release GUI files open-source!

Someone should have told him that before! Lol so what will happen if hes already released it?

Art, I will test for Mac, I have a different OS to the others, They have 10.3.8, I have 10.2.8. Better hurry because im upgrading soon ;)

I still havent finished the script nor released it, and IT will be ported for Mac, and maybe the windows version will work for linux (It has worked before while it didnt for Mac)

Well I published a Features list for the Admin script in the page with a new feature.
The script is completly finished (for like 2/3 months) and I'm just waiting for Bravetree's answer to my e-mail, then when they answer it'll be quick, we'll just have to wait another month for them to answer a second e-mail XD

About BETA Testing, I think im gonna cancel it. I'm really delayed on the release because of all autorisations and stuff and im gonna cancel BETA Testing... I'll just port it and test it on one person (that I already have chosen, still havent asked him tough)
About porting, I'll take care of Linux porting and windows porting (I'll just need to get rid of 10GB of my hard drive and then I'll be able to install it, already have the installer in a DVD :) ) and Chilled Lizard will take care of the Mac part... (I would LOVE if I had the 3 OS, then it'd be easy to port and test cross-platform scripts :) )

Come on art I don't think Dash will answer your email any time soon seeing as it been mounths (to my understanding) that you sent the email. At least release the parts that work or a beta. TT is geting old don't drag it on any longer :).

Art I just thinked about...

If my friends and other people can too be admin, its of course server side thing. Does everyone need to download the buttons and icons and things??? :o

Then if someone dont predownload them they cant join even normal medulla mesa if hoster uses your codes.

But I think everyone will upgrade dash codes to ACAD.

If you want to use the GUI version on any server that has my codes, you need to download my script as you need the Client Side part, so imagine this:

Server -- Has my script
Admin1 -- has it too
Admin2 -- doesnt have it

Then Admin1 could use the GUI and the text based part while Admin2 could only use the text based part

Oh and its called ACAS (A rt C razy's A dmin S cript)

So on ACAS, There are different levels of Admin.

1. You, The highest one !
2. Can only Change colors, tank and normal stuff

AC was it really you in the server yesterday and the days before? If so u have changed a bit though!

I havent played TT for like 3 months, and have seen imposters many times in the server list, just remember, when I play, and im behaving bad, tell me to come to Repent's and to show them I know the admin pass, if they refuse, IT'S NOT ME!!

PS: Some friends told me that the imposters were saying things like "Cume ande dunlaod my GuI Admen Scrept" (badly written but it was with many gramma mistakes)

I'd like if you told me what the imposter did to you... And If you anytime see one, check if you can retrieve the IP
