Please lock this after someone has got a solution.

First you have to turn them off. In the dash folder (thinktanks/ga,e/server/dash/prefs.cs)
// 1: players can change tanks; 0: players cannot change tanks
$pref::Server::TankChangers = 0;
// 1: players can change teams; 0: players cannot change teams
$pref::Server::TeamChangers = 0;
// 1: players can change projectiles; 0: players cannot change projectiles
$pref::Server::ProjectileChangers = 0;

Then after you sign in to admin you cange change people. Like /mheavy dancingHamster or /mlight <name>. After signing in type /codes to get all the codes ;)
