There apparently is an account connected to my e-mail account,forcing me to use another one,can you delete any account assosiated with the E-mail: cheeseballmoo@yahoo.com and change this accounts E-mail to cheeseballmoo@yahoo.com?

You can change the email yourself in your profile. It already exists because for some reason you decided to create a second account. "The Legendary", and "Legendary"
